CONSUMPTION Warning: CONCERTA Is in Your System.

With “CONSUMPTION,” I find myself drawn into CONCERTA’s own electronic world, where a futuristic aesthetic meets influences from techno, trance, and the atmosphere of '90s film soundtracks. Think Blade Runner, Hackers, The Matrix, and the like.

Released in October 2025 as part of her debut EP of the same name, the track remains an entry point into an artist whose vision reaches beyond the dance floor.

Beside her music, what also caught my attention is how CONCERTA is building something of her own through SYLQ Records, an independent label that brings her sound and visual identity under one roof. She's creating a space for her ideas to exist on their own terms, with “CONSUMPTION” serving as one piece of a much bigger picture. And that's what makes her worth keeping an eye on. She's more interested in building her own world than squeezing into someone else's. Going into it, you might have come for the track, but you could end up staying for everything she's building around it.
